Mark Jones

Mark is a specialist physiotherapist with advanced expertise in the assessment, treatment and longer term management of musculoskeletal conditions. Having extensive experience over more than twenty years, Mark has worked with consultant physicians and consultants orthopaedic surgeons in specialist musculoskeletal clinics.

Mark was one of the first physiotherapists to qualify as an independent prescriber and can help you with your medication.

He is also an experienced injection therapist. He can offer viscosupplementation injections for osteoarthritis and corticosteroid injections for a large number of tendon and joint complaints. He specialises in injections for osteoarthritis and headaches.

Having qualified as a physiotherapist in Cardiff in 1990, Mark has continued to study. This includes an M.Sc. at Southampton in 2005, independent prescribing and working as an extended scope practitioner diagnosing orthopaedic complaints.

Mark is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
