After 15 years of Physiotherapy experience I am perfectly placed to assess your needs and create a treatment plan together with you. Having Physiotherapy at your home is a perfect way of reviewing you in your home environment. We can address the specific problems you have and find solutions together.

I have extensive experience of working with people who have problems with their breathing such as COPD, Asthma and Bronchiectasis in all stages of their disease process. I can provide airway clearance techniques, breathless management strategies, pulmonary rehabilitation, review of breathing pattern dysfunction such as hyperventilation syndrome.

I also have extensive experience working with older adults and problems that they experience such as mobility issues, difficulty completing functional activities and falls.

I can also provide General Rehabilitation specific to your needs. This can include rehabilitation following a stay in hospital and post-COVID rehabilitation.
