• About Remi

    Remi is a Chartered Physiotherapist (PH 81384, 086649) with 13 years’ post-graduation experience and over nine years spent in NHS. He obtained an M.Sc. in Evidence-based Healthcare and Health Technology Assessment from the University of Birmingham in 2009. Having co-authored a several research papers in peer-reviewed journals, Remi aspires to chart a new course for cost-effective physical therapy and rehabilitation of chronic conditions such as  backpain ,stroke and spinal cord injury.

    We treat Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic conditions such as whiplash injury, back pain , osteoarthritis using Cyriax and Maitland approaches, Mckenzie techniques, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, massage and postural education.

     We also provide a full range of evidence-based rehabilitation services  for neurological conditions such as Stroke, Parkinsons, Spinal cord injuriesi and Multiple Sclerosis using functional electrical stimulation therapy using Hasomed Rehamove2 bike; upper limb rehabilitation with Tailwind Batrac and hands-on neuro-physiotherapy using Bobath and movement-based approaches.

    We put patient's care as core of our rehabilitation, and as such we tend to support their recovery with tailored exercises and self management programmes. We have achieved alot of successes with our clients and have helped alot to resume their normal lives after traumatic injuries and disabling pain.
