We offer home visits where we feel we can make the most impact on someone's life, directly bringing a positive change to daily activities. We help reduce falls, improve strength and balance and confidence. We can work 1:1 or with groups. We offer lots of helpful tips and advice from current evidence base and national and international guidelines. We have interests in women's health and offer post natal exercise classes. We work closely with women's health physiotherapists and always prefer people to have a women's health assessment before working with us for this area.
