  • About Caroline

Caz Adcock specialises in treating musculoskeletal problems, orthopaedic conditions and sports injuries and has a particular focus on skiing injuries.

She is expert at assessing and treating problems with joint sprains, muscle strains, ligament and tendon problems, nerve conditions, spinal pain and many pain conditions. She is keen on an effective hands-on approach and on clear communication with her patients.

Caz qualified in physiotherapy in 1993, having achieved a Sports Science degree previously, and worked in England and Australia before returning to Bristol. She routinely managed the injuries and prevention for hockey and rugby teams, building up expertise in the diagnosis and management of sports injuries.

She has played international level water polo and county level swimming and netball herself, so she understands sports injuries and their impact on your life.

Apart from physiotherapy, Caz also runs the Pilates classes in the clinic, to improve posture, spinal pain, strength and flexibility.

Caz is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP).
