• About Areeba

    Areeba Qureshi is both a specialised musculoskeletal physiotherapist and a skilled assessor and manager of independence of the elderly in their homes.

    Areeba focuses on each person as an individual and tailors her management to the agreed needs of the patient.

    • She can expertly assess, treat and manage a wide variety of injuries, sports injuries, pain conditions and overuse problems such as back pain, neck pain, tennis elbow and Achilles tendon pain.

    • Areeba can perform home visits for older people to assess their abilities in the home, for instance after hip fractures, stroke or increasing frailty. She aims to communicate with people of all ages and can make a practical and effective treatment plan.

    • She works with neurological, respiratory and pregnancy-related conditions and is an instructor for FitBack and Bumps, an educational and exercise workshop aimed at pregnant employees.

    Areeba has been qualified since 2009 and has gained experience both in the NHS and the private sector, working both in the community and in Accident and Emergency departments.

    She is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
