• About Simon

I qualified in 2002 from Brunel University with a BSc (hons) Physiotherapy.  I worked in the NHS and private clinics in London before moving up North in 2006. I have studied towards my Masters degree in Manual Therapy at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have only 10 credits to gain before i have my post graduate diploma which also means i will gain accreditation with the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP) an internationally recognised group. I set up Hogan & Mitchell Physiotherapy with Ross Mitchell in Macclesfield, Cheshire in 2013.  Ross and I provide expert hands on physiotherapy treatment.

I have a lovely wife and daughter.  Over the years i have moved from my background of rugby and athletics into a few physical challenges. I have completed the Berlin Marathon, London Triathlon, Tough Guy, Hellrunner, and assorted adventure races and cycle sportives. I know what it takes to stay injury free and also know how to maintain activity in people while injuries are healing.
