    Testimonials?

'Chris was professional, dedicated, caring and empathetic with the problems my condition caused me. Although I didn't achieve my goal, I would highly recommend Chris'      - Mr A. , Crawley

'We retained Chris as a "personal trainer/Physio" for our 86 year old terminally ill and bed ridden father..... Chris was flexible, approachable and extremely professional. Dad looked forward to her frequent visits even though he found them physically exhausting ..... Chris could not have been more sensitive and professional in what was a very difficult time for all of us and we would not hesitate to recommend her services.' - Ms S - East Grinstead
