About Physiotherapy London - Marble Arch

Physiotherapy London Marble Arch can help you restore pain-free movement so you can get on with doing the things you love.

As a people-oriented business, we know you expect great service from us. We can often offer appointments on the day you call, early in the morning or late in the evening. And we can see you at your own home, business premises or out and about if you have a sport-related problem. We make sure you know when your appointments are by emailing you regular reminders.

We are results-focused so we always have your welfare at heart. This means if we think we can't help you we will often recommend someone who can. And we don't go on treating you beyond the time when it's useful as we aim to get you back to normal so you don't need our help.

One of our main aims is to keep up-to-date with the latest health and treatment developments. We review the latest research, apply it to our treatments as appropriate and host and teach student physiotherapists.

OUR TREATMENTS

  • Manual therapy. Mobilising and manipulation techniques can be useful in reducing pain and improving joint movement. Massage and stretching can lower muscle tone, improve muscle action and improve scar tissue.
  • Dry Needling. This form of acupuncture is used for pain relief, reduce muscle spasm and to help tendon problems.
  • Exercise Prescription. Exercise is one of the core skills of physiotherapy to strengthen weak muscles and ease out tight areas.
  • Rehabilitation Gym. Our gym allows us to progress your treatments from the early stages (such as after an operation) up to a high level should you need elite performance for your sporting activity.
  • Shockwave Therapy. Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive technique which can be very successful treating chronic tendon problems and plantar fasciitis.
  • Ultrasound. Therapeutic ultrasound can still be useful for acute problems such as sports injuries.
  • Gaitscan. We analyse the pressure of the foot using the pressure plate analyser and use the results to guide treatment and provision of orthotics.
  • Video Analysis. Slow-motion video allows high-definition analysis of gait and running, indicating areas which need improvement and work.
  • Rehabilitation. We have rehab programmes for spinal problems, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and getting fit for skiing and running.
  • We also perform muscle stimulation, give lifestyle advice and use taping, bracing and orthotics where indicated.

We are recognised by all the major health insurers.
