OUR SERVICES

Physiotherapy. Natural Elements provides comprehensive physiotherapy services to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall physical function and mobility. Our experienced physiotherapists use evidence-based techniques and the latest technology to deliver personalised treatment plans tailored to your needs. Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. We offer specialised physiotherapy for musculoskeletal conditions, such as back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and sports injuries. Treatments may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on good posture and movement patterns to alleviate pain and restore optimal function. Post-Operative Rehabilitation. The physiotherapists work closely with patients recovering from surgery, providing tailored rehabilitation programs to regain strength, range of motion, and functional independence. This can be particularly useful both before and after total hip replacement, total knee replacement or total shoulder replacement. Recovery from fractures is also a rehabilitation speciality.

Massage Therapy. In addition to traditional physiotherapy, Natural Elements offers massage therapy services to complement treatment plans. Massage can help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Included treatments are deep tissue massage, reflexology, relaxing massage, hot stone massage, Indian head massage, pregnancy massage, release therapy and Reiki healing.
