MW Physiotherapy provides highly skilled physiotherapy in a friendly and welcoming clinic environment.

Our physios can provide expert assessment, treatment and management of a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, pain conditions and sports injuries.

OUR SERVICES

• Physiotherapy. After a detailed consultation which includes the history of your problem and a thorough examination, our expert physiotherapists will plan an individualised programme to address your pain. Our treatments include manual therapy, mobilisation and manipulation techniques, ultrasound, taping, advice and exercise programmes.
• Women's Health. If you have pelvic girdle or other pains during pregnancy we can help you.
• Acupuncture. Acupuncture can be a very useful addition to normal physiotherapy treatment, used for reducing pain and increasing relaxation.
• Pilates. Pilates is useful in strengthening the postural and stabilising muscles of the body.
• Home Visits. We have a very experienced physio who has wide experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of hip replacement, knee replacement and shoulder replacement. She is also skilled in restoring strength, mobility and independence after hip fractures, pelvic fractures or upper arm fractures. If you find it difficult to get to the clinic or would like treatment in your home, we can arrange this for you.

Insurance Providers We are happy to issue receipts for treatments for e.g. WPA or Cigna etc. Please check with your insurance provider before booking with us, to ensure they are happy with this method..

Home Visit Costs Initial appointments via a home visit are £80 for 45 minutes, with subsequent appointments costing £75 for 45 minutes. Costs could be greater due to distance or parking, please discuss this with us.

All our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP), Physio First and are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
