• Joint Replacement. We can help with pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation for knee replacement, hip replacement and shoulder replacement.
• Mobility. Declining mobility is one of the major difficulties as we age. We can assess and manage mobility and advise on walking aids.
• Osteoporosis Advice. Osteoporosis is an increasing problem as we get older and we can help with advice and exercise.

Area Covered We cover the North London area with an approximate radius of 5km of Finsbury Park, but also Zone 1/2 areas of London Transport including Islington, Camden, Haringey, Westminster, Hackney, Kensington and Chelsea, Lambeth and Southwark.

We offer flexible hours and a package of four follow-up sessions at £110 each, making a saving of £80 on the full price.
