JPM Physiotherapy offers expert assessment, treatment and management of neurological and musculoskeletal disorders from its clinic in Gravesend. We have specialist physiotherapists with extensive experience in the treatment of a wide range of diseases and conditions.

Our therapy team will give you a thorough assessment, consult with you about your goals and make a realistic treatment plan for your rehabilitation, enabling you to make the best of your potential. We have close links with other healthcare professionals such as fitness trainers, consultants and GPs, to ensure you have the best diagnosis and treatment route for your condition. We also liaise closely to ensure your discharge to the community, local rehab services or local hospital admission does not interrupt your progress.

We aim to give you a very high standard of professional care and follow evidence-based practice in all our work so you can be sure you are getting the best, up-to-date treatment. Our physios are all specialists in managing sports injuries, pain conditions, musculoskeletal problems and neurological conditions such as multiple sclerosis, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and motor neurone disease. Our friendly and personal approach is applied to people of all ages and abilities.

OUR SERVICES

• Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy for a wide range of joint sprains, muscle strains, sports injuries and pain conditions
• Neurological Physiotherapy and neuro-rehabilitation. This includes fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS)
• Elderly Care including care after fractures of the hip or shoulder, mobility issues or pain problems
• Home Visits or domiciliary physiotherapy if you find it difficult to attend our clinic or prefer to be seen in your own home
• Gait Analysis for problems with walking and for running issues in sportsmen and sportswomen.

All our physiotherapists are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. All our staff have wide experience in their fields and continue to pursue regular post-graduate training. Our purpose-built clinic has both disabled access and free parking. We are recognised by all the major insurance providers, work with people who are injured and have outstanding legal claims, and cover the Gravesend, Wainscot, Dartford and Northfleet areas.
