OUR SERVICES

• Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Treatments include mobilisations and manipulation, interferential therapy, ultrasound and home exercise programmes.
• Sports Injuries Physiotherapy. We can help you minimise the time you are away from your favourite sport or help you improve your capacity.
• Acupuncture. Recently recommended by NICE for the management of lower back pain, acupuncture can be a very useful pain-relieving treatment.
• Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. This will help relieve muscle tenderness and tightness, improve relaxation and promote well-being.
