About ESPH Harley Street

ESPH provides expert physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management of pain conditions in West and South London.

We know you need physical strength, endurance and stability to do all the things you have to do and want to do. Our physio team can promptly diagnose the cause of your pain and start you on rehabilitation straight away.

With a one-to-one session with one of our experts you can get moving towards your activity or exercise goals, whether that’s comfortable sitting or endurance running. We get many referrals from top local doctors and surgeons who rely on us to do a good job.

Musculoskeletal Conditions We specialise in the assessment and treatment of sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain conditions, including:

  • Acute back pain and chronic back pain
  • Arthritis
  • Sciatica and other pinched nerve pains
  • Repetitive strain injury (RSI)
  • Neck pain and whiplash
  • Joint and muscle strains and aches and pains
  • Pelvic pain conditions

Women's Health Physiotherapy

If you have pregnancy related problems, pelvic pain or incontinence issues, our skilled Women's Health physiotherapists can help you before, during and after your pregnancy. We deal with symphysis pubis dysfunction, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti and linea alba, pain problems such as back pain and sciatica, and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Workstation Assessments

We offer a three-phase solution to work related pain problems which can help reduce the amount of time off work due to musculoskeletal problems.

We assess the workstation area, produce and report and can help with the procurement and set-up of furniture and equipment to optimise the results.

We also offer

  • Podiatry
  • Fitness testing and personal training
  • Nutritional advice

Treatments We Offer

Our physiotherapists are skilled in manual therapy, advice and education, exercise programmes and acupuncture.

Post-operative rehabilitation

We can guide you through the post-operative period after an orthopaedic operation, including joint replacement or resurfacing, shoulder decompressions or rotator cuff repair, knee replacement, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and spinal operations for neck and back pain.

We have gym facilities and Pilates studios at both our clinics to enable the rehab process to be taken as far as you need.
