About ESPH East Dulwich

ESPH offers specialised physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management of pain conditions in South and West London.

Our expert physiotherapists can quickly diagnose your pain problem and get you on the road to recovery as soon as possible. We home in on reducing your pain and returning you to the movement, power and endurance required to get on with your activities.

Whether you’re just looking to be more comfortable sitting or want to do long distance running, a consultation with one of our experienced physios will get you closer to achieving what you want. We get many referrals from top local doctors and surgeons who rely on us to do a good job.

Musculoskeletal Conditions

We assess and manage sports injuries and musculoskeletal pain conditions, including:

  • Acute back pain and chronic back pain
  • Arthritis
  • Sciatica and other pinched nerve pains
  • Repetitive strain injury (RSI)
  • Neck pain and whiplash
  • Joint and muscle strains and aches and pains
  • Pelvic pain conditions

Women’s Health Physiotherapy

We have specialised physios who deal with women’s health conditions such as incontinence, pain in pregnancy, symphysis pubis pain, pelvic floor issues, sciatica and carpal tunnel syndrome.

Workstation Assessments Musculoskeletal pains constitute a large proportion of health issues at work, contributing a large proportion of time off sick. We offer a three-part approach to work related pain problems to improve the health and wellness of your staff.

Workstation assessments, a report with recommendations and procurement and set-up of furniture and equipment will ensure your workplace is optimally adjusted for your staff’s health.

We also offer

  • Podiatry
  • Fitness testing and personal training
  • Nutritional advice

Treatments We Offer

Our physiotherapists are skilled in manual therapy, advice and education, exercise programmes and acupuncture.

Post-operative rehabilitation

We provide both pre-operative and post-operative care and rehabilitation for joint replacement or resurfacing, shoulder decompressions or rotator cuff repair, knee replacement, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and back operations.

We can progress your rehabilitation beyond one-to-one physio by enrolling you into our on-site Pilates classes or gym training.
