OUR SERVICES
- Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. We can help with chronic pains and recent injuries, using exercise therapy, taping and strapping, ultrasound, joint mobilisations and myofascial release techniques.
- Hydrotherapy Advice. Water-based therapy in a warm pool can help relieve pain, promote relaxation and improve strength in situations where land-based therapy is difficult or painful.
- Sports Injuries. We have significant experience in managing sports injuries both in individual and team sports.
- Pilates. Pilates is an exercise based technique which can be very useful to improve posture, increase strength and reduce pain in people of all ages. It can be vigorous, or very gentle for older people who are starting off their exercise regimes.
- Prescribing. We have a qualification in prescribing as a physiotherapist and are able to advise on medication usage and reduction as appropriate.
Our physiotherapists are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
