About Chichester Physio - Petworth

At Petworth Lindy Griffiths & Associates Physiotherapy we don’t just concentrate on the symptoms you present with but thoroughly assess you to find the underlying causes.

Our hands-on approach to your treatment and management takes into account your normal lifestyle and activities. This allows us to make a home programme tailored to your specific requirements and recovery.

We are specialists in thoroughly assessing and treating the full spectrum of sports injuries, pain conditions and musculoskeletal issues.

OUR SERVICES

  • Physiotherapy. We have experienced and skilled physios to treat your back, neck or joint issue or pain problem, with a wide choice of treatment techniques including joint mobilisations, ultrasound, acupuncture, taping and exercise programmes.
  • Sports Injuries.A quick return to the activity or sport you love depends on you getting an accurate and speedy diagnosis of your injury. We are experienced in dealing with all levels of performers from occasional participants to elite athletes.
  • Women’s Health Physiotherapy. If you suffer from stress incontinence, weak pelvic floor, pregnancy-related pains or pelvic pain, our dedicated women’s health physio can make a real difference.
  • Sports Massage. If you have delayed onset muscle soreness from a tough session of sport, you can recover faster with a sports massage. Apart from benefitting your muscles, it has good effects on stress, pain and tension too.
  • Acupuncture. Where pain is the major issue, acupuncture can be the treatment of choice where other treatments might be unhelpful before the pain has been settled.
  • Alexander Technique. Alexander technique aims to restore the normal movements of the body by identifying movement faults and teaching you to gently correct them..
  • Pilates. Whether you’ve finished your physiotherapy sessions, are recovering from an operation or just want to be fitter, Pilates can be the right exercise approach for you. Our Pilates classes cater for people of all abilities, keeping the numbers to eight people or less, so you can get the maximum benefit. We also run yoga classes.
  • Headache Treatment. If you neck-related headaches, Lindy has the knowledge and skills to help you relieve them via specialised neck treatment.

Lindy Griffiths & Associates has three clinics, at Bosham near Chichester, Goodwood Health Club and Petworth.
