OUR SERVICES

• Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Our hour-long initial consultation gives you and us the time for a thorough discussion and assessment of your pain problem. We can then start immediate treatment during the first session to make an impact on your symptoms straight away.
• Sports Injury Physiotherapy. You can expect a quick and accurate diagnosis of your pain or injury, with effective treatment and timeframes for when you can get back to your sport. We have very considerable experience in managing sports injuries in elite performers and Premier League footballers.
• Massage. We offer sports massage, deep tissue massage and therapeutic massage, all aimed at relieving stress, speeding recovery and making you feel better.
• Gait analysis and Biomechanical Assessment. Our specialist can assess your running patterns, identify weaknesses, recommend rehab approaches and advise on orthotics and footwear.
• Post-Operative Rehabilitation. After your operation, having the best rehabilitation is vital to you getting the best out of your surgery. We have extensive experience in the rehab protocols used after surgery and can help you after joint replacement, cruciate reconstruction, Achilles tendon rupture, shoulder surgery, spinal surgery and many other operations.
• Ante Natal and Post Natal Treatments. We can help prepare your body for the stresses and strains of pregnancy and childcare, and help quicker healing of any scar tissues due to caesarean sections.
• Occupational Physiotherapy. Investing in the health and wellbeing of your staff is not only a good thing to do, it also reduces the costs of time off work. Injuries, aches and pains are the most common reason for work loss and can be prevented or treated relatively cheaply. We provide work environment assessments, review manual handling procedures, provide education and training and give you a detailed report on our findings and the actions to be taken.
• Injection Therapy. We can provide corticosteroid injections, Ostenil® injections for arthritis and joint pain and Ostenil® Tendon injections for tendon pain.®
