  • Sports Injuries. We apply the same care and expertise to you as to professional and elite athletes in our clinics. Our physiotherapists are highly experienced in the assessment and management of sports injuries, up to international level rugby union and football. We don’t just serve high-level achievers, we are happy treating recreational athletes with the same dedication.

For pitch-side cover for your sporting event, contact us for a skilled and experienced physio to cover your games.

  • Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. We specialise in assessing and treating conditions such as back pain, neck pain, joint sprains, muscle strains and many other pain conditions. We follow evidence-based guidelines to ensure you get optimal results. We can often see you within 24 hours of your call, so you don’t have to worry about a long waiting list. You can self-refer or your GP can refer you for private physiotherapy. We also provide Sports Massage.
  • Acupuncture. This technique can be very helpful for pain relief in a range of pain disorders such as headache or neck pain.
  • Tendon Pain Clinic.

This specialised clinic takes place in Cardiff and deals with tendon problems, such as Achilles tendon pain. At the Clinic we assess and treat tendinopathy and have a lot of experience helping people at all levels of activity.

  • Women’s Health Physiotherapy.

Suffering from pain in the pelvic area, incontinence, constipation or a prolapse? If so, supervised therapy from our expert Women’s Health physiotherapist can help you better or remove your symptoms. We can help your symptoms significantly and work with mothers both pre-natally and post-natally.

We deal with pain or other problems in pregnancy and afterwards such as rectus diastasis, pelvic pain in athletes or others, urinary incontinence, rectal incontinence and sexual problems. We can guide you back to normal activity or sports.

  • Shockwave Therapy.

RSWT or Radial Shockwave Therapy is a noninvasive technique similar to ultrasound for treating persistent tendon problems such as Achilles tendinopathy. Six treatments seven to ten days apart are a typical programme and are best combined with a physiotherapy tendinopathy programme. This is available in Cardiff.

  • Pilates.

Pilates aims to promote balance, flexibility, good posture and stability. We run both small beginners’ classes and more advanced classes in Cardiff.

  • Occupational Healthcare.

Reduce sickness absence and promote wellness amongst your staff by taking advantage of our occupational programmes, either . at your site or one of our three clinics. For every £1 spent on this kind of scheme, research has shown that you can save £12.

We have a close relationship with many GPs, local doctors, consultants and sports medicine physicians. They routinely refer people to us for post-operative rehabilitation to get the best outcome.
